Rome + Rain + Umbrella/2 people = kinda tricky.
The air was warm and we saw the sun occasionally, but it was a rainy day in Rome. Aaron and I walked to the Spanish Steps, the Ara Pacis, and the Piazza del Poppulo. We lunched near the Barberini Square, and there was something going on. We're not sure what, but the policia had blocked off all the entrances for vehicles and there were a lot of people with flags I did not recognize, whistling and shouting. Aaron and I stood and watched while we ate our gelato. Today I was bold and mixed flavours. Strawberry and Pineapple, best idea ever. It is now thundering gently.
