Let not your heart be troubled, I now have proper bedding. A duvet and sheets and everything. No, I have not been sleeping on a bare mattress this entire week, just last night. When I got to my room last week, there was bedding provided. But yesterday a cleaning lady came around and collected it. Apparently it was only provided for the first week. I could pay to keep it, but it was cheaper to just go buy some from Asda.
Freshies everywhere! I'm kind of glad now that Digby doesn't have it's own bar, I may actually be able to sleep tonight. I probably wouldn't be able to if I lived in Beaumont. The Beaumont Bar is having 1 pound drink night. It's packed. After going out last night, I felt like staying in. Luckily so did Pete, Michael, and Jenn. We watched a couple episodes of Scrubs. Other joined our cause, and one of them had a TV! So we moved locations and started watching Forrest Gump. Now, I confess, I had never seen all of this movie. Just bits and pieces. Ironic, that I should see it for the first time in the UK. We stopped it when there was about an hour left, due to the early day we all have tomorrow. I really want to see the end though, I liked it a lot. But then, I always love Tom Hanks movies.
Tomorrow is registration, wish me luck!
Australian Word of the Day: Woopwoop, translates as 'far away'. Pete tried to explain it to me, but I still don't get it.
